The Hawthorne Fire Dept. has lost a truly dedicated and long standing member in FF Jim Bakker

03/31/2023 – This week the Hawthorne Fire Department lost a truly dedicated and long standing member in the passing of FF Jim Bakker. Jimmy truly loved serving the Hawthorne Fire Dept. and was a very dedicated firefighter who not only served our department but provided his dedication to the Hawthorne EMS as well. Jimmy will be throughly missed by our members of our department. Our deepest condolences to his family, our department, and members of Engine Three. Your dedication will be a lesson to all those who knew you. Rest in peace Jimmy, you will be missed.
