Purrfect Ending

On Sunday, July 16th the Hawthorne Fire Department was dispatched to Goffle Book Park to assist Luisa S, a Hawthorne resident. Hawthorne Fire Chief Joseph Speranza and Company #4 arrived on scene and proceeded to rescued Luisa’s cat Osi located 24 feet in a tree. Neither Osi nor the firefighters were injured during the incident.
