In the event of an emergency, simply pickup any phone in your home or a safe location and dial 911. When the dispatcher answers, be as specific as possible. This will help the dispatcher determine which emergency services need to respond and provide the best services possible.

Be ready to give the following information:

• The address of the emergency situation
• Nature of the emergency
